These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services, located in Elizabeth East, SA, Australia. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms in full.

2. Services Offered
Woody & Skip specialize in digital prints designed to support various fundraising initiatives—specifically the Homeless Chess Van 4 Art Fund—by donating a portion of each product sale to help intended recipients. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, Woody & Skip (Peter J Woodforde) own the intellectual property rights for all material on this site. All rights are Reserved and Copyright © 2025. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of our site without express written consent.

4. Customization & Refund Policy
When you purchase our art, we embed your details into the digital piece to recognize the supporter or gift recipient via text/e-signature. Because each PDF Print is highly customized and supports specific fundraising causes, the purchaser acknowledges that this is a non-refundable, non-removable, and non-transferable product. By ordering, the purchaser explicitly waives their right to a refund.

5. Authorized Usage
We grant the purchaser permission to display on a physical wall one (1) physical print per purchased PDF file for personal use only.

Social Media: Sharing pictures or videos of the print is allowed, provided a link to woodyskip.com is included.
Prohibitions: Business use, commercial use, or reproduction for sale is strictly prohibited without a signed, written agreement from Peter J Woodforde.
6. Quality Guarantee & Delivery
We guarantee a high pixel count, full-color, quality print digitally sent as a PDF file (suitable for A4 to A1 sizes). Records of these files and authorizations are retained by Docuseal, our E-Signature and Regulatory Service provider.

7. Tax Invoices & Payments
In compliance with Australian Tax Office (ATO) regulations, a Tax Invoice including our ABN will be provided for all transactions. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Any payment queries should be directed to your banking institution or [email protected].

8. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the extent permitted by law, Woody & Skip shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in connection with our site. These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
